ObjectiveTo observe the effects of new Xuefuzhuyu soft capsule on endothelial function and oxidized low-density lipoprotein in patients with hypertensionMethodsSelected 80 patients with hypertension (Male 37,female 43), made an assessment of syndrome of TCM, aged between 47-79 years old. They are randomly divided into two groups, including Enalapril(A group)and Enalapril Puliga the new Xuefuzhuyu soft capsule (B group)groups,40 cases every group. Respectively, before treatment, medication 3 months after pumping elbow vein, detecting serum of oxidized low-density lipoprotein (ox-LDL), nitrogen monoxidum (NO), and Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay can be used; detection of plasma endothelin (ET) is applied by radioimmuno assay. Comparison of efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms, Syndrome of efficacy index= ((a pre-treatment total score-total score after treatment))/pre-treatment total score* 100%.ResultA, B groups after medication than before medication, all lowered ox-LDL, ET, and NO significantly increased (P<0.01). After medication compared two groups,B group significantly lowered ox-LDL, ET, increased NO than A group (P<0.01). Comparative efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine blood stasis sings, B and A group, the total effective rates were 80.6%,53.1% (P<0.05),this is a statistically significant.ConclusionThe new soft capsule Xuefuzhuyu can low the ox-LDL,ET, and improve the NO in patients with hypertension. This suggests that traditional Chinese medicine blood circulation therapy in improving the endothelial functions in patients with hypertension has significant effect.
