Objective:1 To establish the animal model of subarachnoid hemorrhage(SAH)and detect the variation of the concentrations of PICP.2 To approach the kinesis variation of PICP in cerebrospinal fluid(CSF)of rats with SAH after rivalried by decorin(DCN).Method:Male SD rats with the age of 21±2 days and the weight of 150-200 gram were divided into blank group sham operated group model group control group and treatment group randomly.The animal model was established by injecting autos blood into cisterna magna twice.The intervention was enforced by injecting DCN twice.Then the concentrations of transforming growth factor beta-β1(TGF-β1)in CSF of sham operated group blank group and model group were measured by ELISA at third day the 6th day the 10th day the 14th day and the 21th day.And the concentrations of PICP in CSF of blank group sham operated group model group control group and treatment group were measured by RIA at the 21th day.Results:1 The concentrations of TGF-β1 in CSF of sham operated group didn't change significantly at any time point(P>0.05).The concentrations of TGF-β1 in CSF of model group rose significantly at third day(P<0.01)and decreased slightly at 6th day,then rose significantly again at 10th day and kept rising at 14th day and 21th day.The augmentation of the concentrations of TGF-β1 in CSF appeared double phase.The concentrations of TGF-β1 in CSF of blank group rose slightly at third day,but didn't rise significantly compared with other time points(P>0.05).The concentrations of TGF-β1 in CSF of model group were statistically significantly greater compared with sham operated group and blank group(P<0.01).There showed no evident difference of the concentrations of TGF-β1 in CSF between sham operated group and blank group(P>0.05).2 The concentrations of PICP in CSF of sham operated group and blank group didn't change significantly at any time point(P>0.05).The concentrations of PICP in CSF of model group began to rise at 6th day and terrace phase at 14th day gradually(P<0.05).The concentrations of PICP in CSF of model group were statistically significantly greater compared with sham operated group and blank group(P<0.01).3 There showed no evident difference of the concentrations of PICP in CSF among sham operated group blank group and control group(P>0.05).The concentrations of PICP in CSF of treatmen group were significantly less compared with model group(P<0.01).Conclusions:1 The concentrations of TGF-β1 in CSF of rats after SAH will rise significantly and the augmentation will appeare double phase.2 The concentrations of PICP in CSF of rats after SAH will rise significantly and the concentrations of PICP in CSF can reflect the fibrosis level of leptomeninges.Exogenous DCN can degrade the concentrations of PICP in CSF of rats after SAH.
