Clinical Research Of New Xuefuzhuyu Capsule On IL-10and IL-18of Patients With Unstable Anaina Pectoirs

Objective：To explore the impacts of new xuefuzhuyu capsule on IL-10and IL-18ofunstable angina pectoris.Methods：60cases of unstable angina pectoris were randomized into treatment groupand control group，and in each group there are30cases. The control group was treatedconventionally(such as nitrates, calcium antagonists,β-receptor blocker agents,angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitors,statins and asp irin). The treatment group wastreated with new xuefuzhuyu capsule supplemented on the basis of conventional therapy ascontrol group. The two groups were all medicated for four weeks. The symptoms ofangina，IL-10and IL-18levels were observed before and after treatment separately.Results：There are statistical difference presented in the total effective rates of anginapectoris in comparison between treatment group and control group(P <0.05).There arestatistical difference presented in IL-10and IL-18levels in comparison between treatmentgroup and control group(P <0.05).Conclusion：The new xuefuzhuyu capsule can relieve the Symptoms of angina ofunstable angina and play on the treatment of unstable angina by regulate the immunitylevels of IL-18and IL-10.
