Objective Combing patients, nursing students and teachers to investigate the patients' coordinative wishes in clinical training of nursing students and the influencing factors. This research intends to find out the existing problems, put forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions, explore ways to improve the patients'coordinative wishes and the quality of clinical practice classes and offer reference for effective clinical practice classes.Methods By means of a questionnaire,158 patients from affiliated hospital of Qingdao university,103 undergraduate nursing students and 30 teachers from Qingdao university medical college were surveyed. The questionnaire was self-designed and was guided by related laws and regulations, ethics and social psychology theory. Which have four dimensions in patients'coordinative wishes, respected situation, medical environment and patient awareness to investigate the patients'coordinative situation. The questionnaire was authorized to have good face validity by several professors. Its content validity is also good, and the Content Validity Index(CVI) is 0.963. The half reliability is 0.8926. And the Cronbach'a=0.8805, it means the questionnaire has good equivalence reliability. All the date was analyzed by using the SPSS 13.0. Date processing made using T test, F test, test one-way ANOVA and multiple stepwise regression analysis done by the software, respectively.Results The results of statistic description is (1) Evaluated by patients:The overall patients'coordinative situation scored (4.13±0.91), and the dimension of patients' coordinative wishes (3.89±1.00), that of respected situation (4.07±1.03), medical environment (4.43±0.69) and patient awareness (4.12±0.93). (2) Evaluated by nursing students:The overall patients'coordinative situation scored (3.75±0.36), and the dimension of patients'coordinative wishes (3.56±0.45), that of respected situation (3.69±0.41), medical environment (3.97±0.53) and patient awareness (3.88±0.43). (3) Evaluated by teachers:The overall patients'coordinative situation scored (3.75±0.42), and the dimension of patients'coordinative wishes (3.49±0.56), that of respected situation (3.68±0.32), medical environment (4.24±0.59) and patient awareness (3.74±0.55).The results of Mean comparison is (1) In the results evaluated by the patients who had coordinated with nursing students, the average scores for different care levels, different departments, different ages and different frequencies of patients coordinating with students in patients'coordinative wishes had statistical significances(P<0.05). (2) In the results evaluated by the nursing students, the average scores for different education degrees in patients'coordinative wishes had statistical significances(P<0.05). (3) In the results evaluated by the nursing teachers, the average scores for different relationship of administrative subordination in patients'coordinative wishes had statistical significances(P<0.05). (4) Among patients, nursing students and teachers, The difference of the four dimensions was all significant notably(P<0.05).Person correlation analysis showed.that the variables which had intimate relationship to the patients'coordinative wishes were respected situation, medical environment and patient awareness. Separately, the relationship coefficient is 0.695,0.793,0.780, (P< 0.000). Three dimensions'correlation with patients'coordinative wishes was notably significant.The major factors influencing the patients'coordinative wishes determined by Multiple regress analysis were medical environment, patient awareness and respected situation. They could explain 70.5% of the variance in the patients'coordinative wishes together. Analysis among dimensions, medical environment could explain 62.9%,5.7% were explained by patient awareness, and respected situation explained 1.9% of the variance.Conclusion The patients'coordinative wishes over the basically level and a part of which reaching the aim supporting the clinical practice classes, but yet still need to be improved. It is suggested that medical environment, patient awareness and respected situation are right keys for the further improvement of the patients'coordinative wishes. So hospitals should play better roles in providing first-class medical technology and good health care services to get the trust and coordination of patients. Public should give more supportive help for patients'moral obligation consciousness awakening such as strengthening propaganda of the importance of cultivating nursing students and the dedicated spirit. Teachers should respect the rights of patients and enhance the communication concept. Finally, nursing students should pay great attention to better respect awareness, communicated skills and physical evaluation skills to improve the patients'coordinative wishes and the effectiveness of clinical practice classes.
