Objective To explore the application effect of teachers' standardized patient teaching model in curriculum teaching and comprehensive practical training in basic nursing.Method In the course teaching stage,the whole group draw the 2017 secondary nursing grade 1 and 2 classes,according to the drawing method of 54 students for the teacher standardized patient teaching group,the teacher standardized patient teaching model to carry out teaching.Class 2 of 46 students is a traditional teaching group,according to the traditional model of teaching.Compare the comprehensive test scores of the two groups and conduct a teaching satisfaction survey to evaluate the teaching effectiveness and acceptability of teachers' standardized patients in basic nursing courses.Comprehensive practical teaching stage,the whole group draw 2016 secondary school nursing class 1,2 class,according to the lottery method 1 class 52 students as the experimental group,the use of objective structured clinical examination model based on the standardized teachers to teach patients.Class 2 48 students for the control group,according to the traditional model of practical training teaching.Compare the theoretical and skill assessment results between the two groups to evaluate the teaching effect.Results The study in the course teaching stage found that the total score of the teaching group(85.72±4.62)was higher than that of the traditional teaching group( <0.05).Teachers' standardized patient teaching mode has better effect than the traditional teaching model,and it helps to improve students' judgmental thinking ability,communication ability and humanistic care ability.The total score of the experimental group(173.19±4.80)was found in the comprehensive practical training teaching stage,which was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Whether the teaching environment of objective structured clinical examination is close to clinical reality,whether it is helpful to apply theoretical knowledge to practice,whether it is helpful for future internships,whether it is necessary to continue to standardize patient teaching of teachers based on objective structured clinical examination model,etc.Conclusion Teachers standardized patients have achieved good teaching results in basic nursing curriculum teaching and comprehensive practical training,which helps to improve students' judgmental thinking ability,communication ability and humanistic care ability and knowledge application ability,lay a good foundation for clinical practice,and provide reference basis for the reform of basic nursing teaching.It can be applied as a practical teaching mode to the comprehensive training of nursing,which needs to be further improved and popularized.
