PurposeProbing into the main elements of nursing profession TSP training syllabus;probing into the theoretical and practical foundation, basic principle of structuring nursing profession TSP training syllabus; a scientific, highly practical and operative nursing profession TSP training teaching outline is designed preliminarily from both nursing diagnosis and health education by Delphi method, which is in line with characteristics of nursing undergraduate education and TSP training in our country at present. Based on this training syllabus, we will train clinical nursing teachers meeting the select requirements to be a qualified TSP, playing as a teaching resource advantages.Objectclinical nursing teachers with more than 10 years of clinical nursing work experience and 5 years of undergraduate nursing clinical teaching and classroom teaching experience functioning SP as three types of role(patient, assessment, and teaching guide)MethodsConsulting the documents, analyzing the theories, interviewing experts, the paper discusses theory basis and practical foundation, basic principle for evaluating nursing profession TSP training syllabus; selects various curriculums and teaching contents of nursing profession TSP training teaching outline by Delphi method and weighs the importance; tests the reliability and validity of the TSP training syllabus by coefficient alpha of L.J. Cronbach and correlation coefficient; uses Excel2003 and SPSS13.0 software to deal with data.Results1. The concept of TSP and its connotation in nursing fieldClinical nursing teachers which are full of a wealth of work experience and teaching experience teach as a standardized patient and create a realistic simulation of the clinical care environment, training, guiding and assessing nursing students'basic clinical skills and a wide range of clinical comprehensive abilities. It is a new and practical teaching methods and assessment methods, which are in line with the modern nursing teaching and examination required. TSP has the same functions and advantages with SP and can better play three main functions as a simulated patient, assessment, and the guidance.2. The establishment of nursing profession TSP training syllabusThe screening criterion is that average is greater than 4.0, CV is less than 0.25.This study is to form nursing profession TSP training curriculum through two rounds of consulting experts and combining with the advice of research group members, the TSP training curriculum includes seven training courses composed of four aspects, such as purpose of the requirements, teaching content, teaching hours and teaching methods and one curriculum evaluation consisting of three aspects, such as purpose of the requirements, assessment methods, as well as examination time.3. Weight settings of nursing profession TSP training syllabusVarious curriculums and teaching contents of nursing profession TSP training teaching outline are set weight by the expert scoring. The separate weight of various curriculums and teaching contents is to calculate and normalize the average of each curriculum and teaching content. Combination weight is calculated by product method. The weight value of eight lectures formed finally are separately 0.1254 0.1170,0.1279,0.1221,0.1263,0.1288,0.1263 and 0.1263.4. The experts selection are reasonable, the reliability of the survey is good.From the qualitative analysis of experts'basic situations (Specialty correlating, Age structure,Post and Technical title, etc.)and the quantitative analysis of experts'authority (Authority Coefficient of experts were between 0.7667~1.0000,Authority Coefficient of expert group were 0.8618),the article shows that the expert group is more authoritative, representative, and hierarchical; the questionnaires of the two rounds of consultation are collected 97.14% and 94.12% respectively, and there are 44.12% and 28.13% of experts who give suggestions and comments in the two rounds of consultations respectively, all these show that the experts are more enthusiastic and concerned about the subject; the experts'coordination coefficients about the survey are 0.389 and 0.368(P<0.001) respectively, which shows that the survey result is advisable.5. Testing the reliability of nursing profession TSP training syllabus.If the coefficient alpha of various curriculums and teaching contents of nursing profession TSP training teaching outline≥0.7,the reliability of TSP training syllabus is good.Conclusion1. The article has established the nursing profession TSP training syllabus. The TSP training syllabus covers widely, scientific and rational, stronger practicality and interoperability.2. How to play dual role of patients and teachers (including assessment and teaching guide) better is critical and important content in the training, which plays a decisive role for clinical nursing teachers to meet the level of a qualified TSP.Suggestions1. Construction of professional training institutions, and to make the training toward specialization, institutionalization, systematization;2. The application of TSP technology requires relevant departments to adopt preferential policies support in our country.New points of view in this study1. Define the concept of TSP and its connotation in nursing field;2. Study TSP as a whole and establish the nursing profession TSP training syllabus, perfect and make up the deficiency in the evaluation of the training of SP in China at present.Conceptions for making further investigations1. To further perfect the nursing profession TSP training syllabus;2. Designal research of nursing profession TSP training syllabus will provide a foundation for related research in the future.3. Based on this research topic, we can form a series of research topics about simulated teaching.
