PurposeProbing into the main elements of college nursing students standardized patients training syllabus in OSCE;probing into the theoretical and reality, basic principle of college nursing students standardized patients training syllabus in OSCE; a scientific, highly practical and operatiional college nursing students standardized patients training syllabus in OSCE is designed preliminarily from both nursing diagnosis and health education by Delphi method, which is in line with characteristics of college nursing education and SSP training in our country at present. This training syllabus will provide teaching guide and reference in nursing teaching and assessment in the future.Subject and research methodsConsulting the documents, analyzing the theories, interviewing experts, the paper discusses theory basis and practical foundation, basic principle for evaluating college nursing students standardized patients training syllabus in OSCE; Select 34 nusing experts inside and outside ,using the Delphi method ,to screening the teaching content of ollege nursing students standardized patients training syllabus in OSCE and to determin ints weight;Uses Cronbach's coefficient a, the correlation coefficient etc. to grade college nursing students standardized patients training syllabus in OSCE of the reliability and validity testing; uses Excel2003 and SPSS13.0 software to deal with data.Results1. Determine the college nursing students'standardized patients'training syllabus in OSCEThe screening criterion is that average is greater than 4.0, CV is less than 0.25.The formation of the college nursing students standardized patients training syllabus in OSCE is the result of two rounds of experts advices and opinions with panel of experts. The syllabus contians eight-class which consist with the purpose of the request,teaching content,teaching hours and teaching methods.The name of the eight-class is: 1.Related knowledge of SSP;2. Related knowledge of OSCE;3.Overview of nursing inquiry and health educationg;4.The role of patient behavior and mental activity;5.Related knowledge of the major diseases in OSCE;6.How to play better of the patient and score dual role;7.Clinical pracitce;8.General practice& Appraisal. 2.Set weight of the college nursing students'standardized patients'training syllabus in OSCESet weight of the curriculum and teaching content by experts scoreing. The separate weight of various curriculums and teaching contents is to calculate and normalize the average of each curriculum and teaching content. Combination weight is calculated by product method. The weight value of eight lectures formed finally are separately 0.128,0.122,0.126,0.122,0.128,0.127,0.126,0.123.3.The experts selection are reasonable, the reliability of the survey is good.From the qualitative analysis of experts basic situations (Specialty correlating, Age structure,Post and Technical title, etc.)and the quantitative analysis of experts authority (Authority Coefficient of experts were between 0.7667~1.0000,Authority Coefficient of expert group were 0.8618),the article shows that the expert group is more authoritative, representative, and hierarchical; the questionnaires of the two rounds of consultation are collected88.23% and 100% respectively, and there are 33.33% and 10% of experts who give suggestions and comments in the two rounds of consultations respectively, all these show that the experts are more enthusiastic and concerned about the subject; the experts coordination coefficients about the survey are 0.368 and 0.506(P<0.001) respectively, which shows that the survey result is advisable.4. The college nursing students'standardized patients'training syllabus in OSCE has good reliabilitiy and validityThe internal reliability of courses and contents in college nursing students standardized patients training syllabus in OSCE is 0.758,0.950,0.718,0.793,0.861,0.877,0.822;The teaching content and training course are all revelant(P<0.05) by analysising the correlation coefficient between teaching content and training course. By analyzing the reliability of the specialists,content validity,construct validity and others shows the training syllabus has good reliability and validity.5.Training of the udergraduate nursing students under the curriculaTraining 20 third-year undergraduate nursing students and 20 top-year undergrade nursing students under the college nursing students standardized patients training syllabus in OSCE.After evaluation ,24 of them were qualified.They can be applied to OSCE.Conclusions1.Set up the college nursing students standardized patients training syllabus in OSCE.The syllabus has eight-classes,23 teaching contents,39 entries.Each class was composed four parts:purpose&required,teaching content,teaching hours and teaching methods. The name of the eight-class is:1.Related knowledge of SSP;2. Related knowledge of OSCE;3.Overview of nursing inquiry and health educationg;4.The role of patient behavior and mental activity;5.Related knowledge of the major diseases in OSCE;6.How to play better of the patient and score dual role;7.Clinical pracitce;8.General practice& Appraisal.2.The questionnaires of the two rounds of consultation shows the college nursing students standardized patients training syllabus in OSCE has good reliabilitiy and validity.3. Training of the 40 udergraduate nursing students under the curricula, After evaluation,24 of them were qualified. It shows that the training syllabus can be usde to train SSP with it s widely covers, scientific and rational, stronger practicality and interoperability.
