Objective:Through comparative observation about the immediate effect of essential hypertension patients with auricular acupuncture and wrist-ankle acupuncture analgesia,in order to understand the differences of the efficacy by different therapies, correlated speciality between meridians and zangfu and providing evidence for choosing methods in clinic.At the same time we also observe whether they both have corperative or in-corperative effect. Methods: Choosing self-comparision method in order to reduce error,30 cases clinical diagnosed as Essential Hypertension were observed.Distribute the patients to three groups that is auricular acupuncture,wrist-ankle acupuncture analgesia and the compatibility.Treat each patient with the therapies at different times. Each treatment intervals of 5 days to eliminate the mutual influence .Collection the survey form of blood pressure and heart rate at pre and post.(The alteration before acupuncture and withdrawal of needle at 15min,30min,60min,90min instantly were observed respectively.)Through self-control and compared to the control group, carry on the statistical analysis to the results.Results: Auricular acupuncture and wrist-ankle acupuncture analgesia can improve the patients'essential hypertension and the effects of heart rate have no significant difference, but as to improving blood pressure, Auricular acupuncture group is superior to wrist-ankle acupuncture analgesia group at immediat,15min and 30min. Auricular acupuncture group and the compatibility have the same effect.Using the two methods at the same time didn't show significant corperative or in-corperative effect. Conclusion: Auricular acupuncture group is superior to wrist-ankle acupuncture analgesia group,using the two methods at the same time didn't show significant corperative or in-corperative effect.
