| Purpose:Observed the atlantoaxial rotatory subluxation's clinical efficacy that treating by fixed vertical shaking method, and further explored its mechanism from the Clinical studies and theoretical to provide a safe and efficient mether for clinical treatment of the disease.Methods:60 patients with atlantoaxial rotatory subluxation were randomly divided into treatment group and control group for clinical observations, the treatment group led by fixed vertical shaking method for treatment, the control group treated by sitting traction. Treatment time are all 6 times as a course of treatment breaks 1 and after 2 courses observed the result.Compare the total symptoms before and after treatment in every groups and compare the efficacy between two groups.Results:The treatment group treated 30 cases:the total effective rate was 93.33%. The control group treated 30 patients:76.67% total efficiency. The total effective rate in treatment group is better than the control group.Conclusion:Fixed vertical shaking method is a safe and efficient treatment for atlantoaxial rotatory subluxation. |
