| Objective: The article is to observe the clinical effect of the clinical research oftreating atlantoaxial subluxation by supine cervical rotatory manipulation,and discuss itsmechanism.Method:60cases of atlantoaxial joint subluxation patients were randomly dividedinto the treatment group and the control group,with30patients in each. In the treatmentgroup,patients received Chiropractic Therapy,and in the control group,patients haveibuprofen tablets.Observe the change of ADI,VBLADS and the clinical symptoms,thencompare the difference between the two groups.Results: There is significant differences on ADI,VBLADS and symptom scorebetween before and after treatment (P＜0.05); There is no difference on TCD indexbetween the two groups after treatment (P＞0.05); There is significant difference on thesymptom score between the two groups after treatment(P＜0.05); The total effective rateof the two groups after treatment were96.67%and86.67%,there is significant differenceof the cure rate between the two groups and the treatment group is better than the controlgroup.Conclusion: Both supine cervical rotatory manipulation and sitting traction weregood for relieving pain,and have their own advantages;while, supine cervical rotatorymanipulation was bettere than sitting traction in ameliorating clinical symptoms. |
