The Clinical Observation Of Acupotomy Combined With Neck-qianxuan Method On The Treatment Of Atlantoaxial Subluxation

Objective:By observing the changing symptom score,VAS score and imaging index of the patients with atlantoaxial subluxation who are treated by acupotomy and neck-qianxuan method to explore the clinical effect.Methods:According to the random number table,the 60 patients with atlantoaxial subluxation,selected from the department of orthopedics and traumatology in the First Affiliated Hospital,Heilongjiang University of TCM and able to be treated,are divided into two groups,treatment group and control group.In each group,30 cases are included.After two weeks of treatment,making an objective evaluation based on their clinical symptoms,physical signs,and imaging changes.Results:1.There are no significant differences in age,gender,course of disease,symptom score,VAS score and imaging indicators between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).2.After treatment,there are significant differences in symptom score,VAS score and imaging indicators(the skewness distance of the spinous process,ADI,VBLADS)between the two groups(P<0.05).However,there are no statistically significant differences in atlantoaxial lateral joint space and lateral mass inclination of the atlas(P>0.05).3.Based on the comparison before and after treatment within each group,the differences in symptom score,VAS score,ADI,VBLADS and spinous process skew distance between the two groups are statistically significant(P<0.05),and there is no statistical difference in atlantoaxial lateral joint space and atlantoaxial lateral mass inclination(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.Both of the treatment methods are able to relieve dizziness and pain for patients with atlantoaxial subluxation and imaging indicators.2.The therapeutic effect of acupotomy combined with qianxuan methodin the treatment of atlantoaxial subluxation is better than that of acupuncture combined with qianxuan method.
