| Objective:To observe the clinical therapeutic result and discuss the effectivemechanism and security of positioning rotation manipulation for atlantoaxial jointsubluxation.Methods:60cases with constive patients fitting inclusion criteria wererandomly chosen and divided into two groups;the treatment group and the controlgroup.Each group contained30cases.The treatment group was treated by positioningroation manipulation,and the control group is done by sitting traction.Observe the changeof symptom score and imaging score of atlantoaxial joint subluxation,and evaluate therelief degree of symptoms of it.Results:After the treatment,the treatment group got bettereffect than the control group.The total effective rate was93.33%in the treatmentgroup,while76.67%in the control group,and there is a significant difference between twogroups (P<0.05).Through symptom score ang imaging score of atlantoaxial jointsubluxation,a significant difference was found in both groups before and aftertreatment,but treatment group had a larger change than controlgroup(P<0.01).Conclusions:Positioning rotation manipulation has better effectivelyresolve the clinical symptom of patients,compare with traction method,above therapy canfixed position much more accurate and reduce the treating time and strengthen thetherapeutic efficacy. |
