The Clinical Research On Treating Atlantoaxial Subluxation By Pushing Method

Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect of pushing method treatment of atlantoaxial subluxation, evaluate use pushing method treating Atlantoaxial Subluxation is superior.Methods: Will meet the inclusion criteria of the 60 patients, with were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, 30 cases in each group, in experimental group, the push method in the treatment, control group with upper cervical pull stretch lateral flexion micro adjustment complex therapy, 7 times for a course of treatment, continuous treatment 2 courses. Treatment of two groups of patients were observed before and after scoring, relevant information and data for statistical analysis, comparative analysis of two different methods of treatment of the clinical effect of atlantoaxial subluxation.Results: 1.Two groups of patients before treatment, gender, age, duration of disease, total score, pain score comparison(P>0.05), the difference was not statistically significant, with comparability.2.After treatment, the experimental group and the control group in the total score and pain score than before treatment, there were significant differences(P<0.05), the two groups of each observation item scores were significantly improved.3.After treatment, the two groups of observation project score compared to thesignificant difference, with statistical significance(P<0.05), the experimental group of the observation project score improvement is better than the control group.4.Experimental group compared with the control group treatment improvement rate: the experimental group total effective rate was 96.67%, the total effective rate of the control group was 90%, the total improvement rate of the experimental group was better than that of the control group.Conclusion: Incremental launching method in the treatment of atlantoaxial subluxation, curative effect is on the cervical vertebra pulling extensor side flexion micro adjustment method significantly, it is worth further research, the promotion of the use in clinic.
