Clinical Research On Treatment Of Atlantoaxial Subluxation With Thermosensitive Moxi Bustion Combined With Acupuncture And Manipulation Reduction

Objective:The treatment of atlantoaxial subluxation with thermal moxibustion and acupuncture combined with manipulation was conducted to observe the improvement of symptoms and clinical efficacy,so as to provide an effective treatment method for clinical treatment of atlantoaxial subluxation.Methods:Selection in December 2016 to March 2018 in our hospital of atlanto-axial joint subluxation in patients with 90 cases as the research object,and randomly divided into two groups,control group 45 cases were treated by acupuncture combined with manual reduction treatment,the treatment group 45 cases in control group by thermal moxibustion therapy,on the basis of the main symptoms and signs in patients with two groups of integral,the clinical curative effect and the general recurrence rates,JOA score of cervical vertebrae,the quality of life,the active of motion(AROM)of cervical rotation and VAS scores were compared.Results:The effective rate after treatment in the control group was 85.7%,while the effective rate after treatment in the treatment group was 97.7%.The effective rate after treatment in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The main symptoms and signs scores in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);After treatment,the JOA cervical spine score and quality of life score of the treatment group were higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);Compared with the control group,the AROM of the treatment group was significantly improved after treatment,while the VAS score was significantly lower,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);After the treatment,the total recurrence rate of the control group was 16.7%,while the total recurrence rate of the treatment group was 2.3%.The total recurrence rate of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05);After treatment,the comfort of the control group was 47.6%,while the comfort of the treatment group was 69.8%.The comfort of the treatment group after treatment was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: Acupuncture treatment and traditional manual reduction treatment have certain curative effect in the treatment of atlantoaxial joint subluxation.On the basis of the combination of thermal moxibustion,the clinical efficacy is better than acupuncture and manual reduction treatment,which can significantly improve.The patient's clinical symptoms and signs restore the normal function of the cervical spine;and the heat-sensitive moxibustion improves the patient's comfort during the treatment process,reduces the recurrence rate of the disease after the treatment process,and improves the patient's quality of life.Certain guiding significance.
