Objective:Through the investigation of nurses'emotional intelligence, general self-efficacy and job performance level, analysis the differences of emotional intelligence difference on demography variable, discuss the relationship among the three for nurses and analysis the prediction of general emotional intelligence on job performance, inspection the mediating role between general self-efficacy and emotional intelligence performance in nurses. In order to improve the emotional intelligence of nurses, nursing managers can use relevant training programs to promote and cultivate the positive emotional intelligence of nurse from emotional intelligence perspective,Methods:Use cross-sectional questionnaire to measure emotional intelligence, work performance and general self-efficacy of 344 nurses in four three level of first-class hospital, Finally sorting data, all data are used SPSS17.0 statistical software for statistical analysis.Results:1 The emotional intelligence of nurses in different degree and different department shows no difference.2 For self-emotion regulation there is obvious differences between Junior &senior nurses and vice director junior &senior nurses, the ability of self-emotion regulation ability of vice director junior & senior nurses is stronger than Junior &senior nurses'3 For self-emotion appraisal, there is obvious differences among 36-45 years old group,<25y ears old group and>45 years old group, but there is no obvious differences between 36-45 years old group and 26-35 years old group.4 For others-emotion appraisal and self-emotion regulation, the ability of formal nurses is stronger than contract nurses.5 Regression analysis indicates that other-emotion appraisal, self-emotion regulation and others-emotion appraisal are get into the regression equation of the task performance standards, their overall decided coefficient after correction coefficient is 0.51(explain task) that the performance variation 51% can use this dimension to explain them.6 As for interpersonal promote, self-emotion appraisal and using their own emotions are get into the standard mood using regression equations. The two dimensions can explain 44% of interpersonal promote variation.7 Self-emotion appraisal, using their own emotions and self-emotion regulation can explain 35% of interpersonal promote variation.8 Regression analysis results show that, except the one's emotion to evaluate the mood adjustment, self, self and others, emotional assessment mood to. use the general self-efficacy regression coefficients were significantly, look from whole, F value reached significant level, emotional intelligence can explain perceptual organization support (adjusted sinuses) variance.9 General self-efficacy for task performance, interpersonal promote regression coefficients of devotion and work in P<0.01 level down significantly. Meanwhile, F value also in P<0.001 level down significantly.10 Between emotional intelligence and performance, general, self-efficacy plays a partial intermediary role.Conclusion:1 In addition to department and degree outside, title, the influence of age and employment forms on the nurse's emotional intelligence is significant. 2 The emotional intelligence of nurse produced significant positive impact on work performance3 Emotional intelligence general self-efficacy has significant positive impact on nurse general self-efficacy, general self-efficacy also has significant positive impact on work performance.4 Between emotional intelligence and performance, general, self-efficacy plays a partial intermediary role.
