A Clinic Reserch Of Anzi Treating Threatened Abortion And The Effect Of Anzi To Serum Uric Acid Level

Objective:Via clinical observing and monitoring serum sexhormones including gestrogen(E2), progestin(P),β-humane horionic gonadotroPin(P-HCG),we explore the effete of AnZI treating the early pregnant women diagnosed as threatened abortion,who were deficiency of kidney and spleen(deficiency of yang),or both while heat in blood and blood stasis(deficiency of yin). And find out the alteration in patients with the first-trimester threatened abortion by monitoring the serum uric acid level, to determine the value of serum urine-acid in prediction of the first-trimester threatened abortion.Method:60 cases of first-trimester threatened abortion women were classified randomly into four groups after differentiation. Patients in the group of test A were treatment with AnZi I, patients in the group of test B were treatment with AnZiⅡ; patients in the group of control A and B were treatment with progesterone injection.Five weeks made up one course of treatment. The amelioration of clinical symptoms, sexhormones including E2,P,β-HCG, the B ultrasonic inspecting of pregnancy bursa and serum uric acid were determined before and after treatment between the four groups.Results:The total effective rate in test group was 93.33%, while control group A was 86.67%,B was 80.00%. The test groups were better than control groups in amelioration of clinical symptoms, E2,P,β-HCG(P>0.05), and the four groups all can advance B ultrasonic monitoring of pregnancy bursa. Compared with pre-treatment, after-treatment, levels of serum uric acid depressed significantly, but test groups were not better than control groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:AnZi have the significant effect in treating the deficiency of kidney and spleen first-trimester threatened abortion. They have more obviously curative effect with the comparisons, can both of them improve the clinical symptom, elevate the levels of sexhormones, and decrease the level of serum uric acid. But monitoring of the serum uric acid level has no definitely clinical value in evaluating the risk of threatened abortion.
