The Clinical Research On The First-trimester Threatened Abortion With Spleen And Kidney Deficiency Of Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome By The Tiaopi Shoutai Pill

Objective:By the clinical research on the first-trimester threatened abortion with spleen and kidney deficiency of Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS) by the Tiaopi Shoutai Pill, discuss its clinical curative effect, the action mechanism; research the prevention strategy about the early abortion of PCOS with Chinese medicine, so as to provide the mentality and the method for the clinical care.Methods:Select60patients who suffering from pregnancy with spleen and kidney deficiency of PCOS,30patients in Chinese medicine group; they were treated by the Tiaopi Shoutai Pill.30patients in western medicine group, they were treated by Dydrogesterone. Two groups are to more than12weeks. During the treatment monitor human chorionic gonadotropin(β-HCG), progesterone (P), Estradiol (E2), compared with two groups of curative effects, and makes a follow-up visit the early rate of abortion.Results:①After treatments, at the same time (the7th week),the β-HCG, P level have the difference (<0.05),TCM group is inferior to the western medicine group; but the E2level is same;①At the same time (the8th week),the β-HCG, P, E2tend to be the same value between two groups, it prompts the TCM group as effective as the western medicine group (>0.05).③The rate of pregnancy is same, it showed that two groups on cutting the rate of abortion are quite.Conclusion:The Tiaopi Shoutai pill can prevent and cure the first-trimester threatened abortion with spleen and kidney deficiency of polycystic ovarian syndrome. it can maintain and increase hormone level in the pregnancy period effectively. And cut the rate of abortion are quite efficiently.
