Research In The Treatment Of Threatened Abortion Perfusion And Influence Of Serum NO

Objective:The patient of threatened abortion were given Shoutai Pill joint dydrogesterone tablets and tablets Dydrogesterone miscarriage treatment interventions, by monitoring serum estradiol(Estrodiol, E2), progesterone(progesterone, P), human chorionic gonadotropin hormone(human chorionic gonadotropin, ?-HCG), endothelium-derived relaxing factor nitric oxide(nitric oxide, NO) and color Doppler ultrasound monitoring the mean of gestational sac diameter, to explore the efficacy of clinical symptoms and the mechanism of action of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment.Methods: 60 patients who conformed to the diagnosis standard in according to the random number table method divided into two groups,the observation group of 30 cases and the control group of 30 cases.Control group was treated to dydrogesterone tablets. observation group was treated to Shoutai Pill formula particles combined with oral dydrogesterone tablets treatment.Compared of two groups of patients before treatment and after 2 weeks of treatment of clinical symptoms and signs and laboratory parameters.Results: 1. The Value of Syndrome rates of the observation group after treatment compared with before treatment and the control group were decreased significantly,there were significant difference(P <0.05);2.After treatment the Level of serum NO, E2, P, ?-HCG of the observation group compared with the control group were significantly improved, there were significant difference(P <0.05);3. After treatment,the serum NO and serum E2 has a positive correlation(R = 0.512);4. After treatment, the average inner diameter of the gestational sac and serum NO has a positive correlation(R = 0.768)Conclusion: 1. Shoutai Pill can decreased symptom scores in patients with kidney deficiency syndrome and has obvious effect to treat threatened abortion, it may be associated with increased the of level serum E2, P, ?-HCG, NOs.2.The lever of serum E2 in pregnancy can promote the secretion of serum NO. 3. Shoutai Pill joint dydrogesterone tablets in the treatment of threatened abortion can promote the secretion of serum NO, improve uterine perfusion in patients with pregnancy, thereby improving pregnancy outcomes.
