Research On The Syndrom Elements And Their Relationship With Sex Hormons Of First-trimester Threatened Abortion

Objective:The Purpose of this study was to explore the Characteristics of TCM Syndrome Element of first-trimester threatened abortion of women.Study the colleration with Syndrome Elements and sex hormones. In order to provide the basis for the standardization of diagnosis and treatment of first-trimester threatened abortion,to study the relevance of TCM syndrome elements and sex hormones,to disscus pathological basis of the Syndrome.Provide better clinical prevention and treatment of first-trimester threatened abortion.Methods:Through clinical investigation, to research138patients on Syndrome Element Characteristics of first-trimester threatened abortion.At the same time,the sex hormones levels of138patients were observed to discover the essence of TCM syndrome by collerative research between index and syndrome elements.Results:1. In this study,138first-trimester threatened abortion patients were collected,average age29.54±5.19, gestational age is50.19±11.89in average. The number of those who with no abortion history is50(46.45%), with one abortion is38(27.54%),with two abortion is38(27.54%),with three times or more is24(17.39%).The number of primigraida is95(68.84%), while parous women is43(31.16%).2.Distribution of symptoms:A higher frequency of symptoms of first-trimester threatened abortion followed by vaginal bleeding, agitation, lumbar acid, The lower abdomen pain, fatigue,dizziness, vomiting,insomnia,irritability pain, irritation,lower abdomen, Sleep disorders,coldness,feverish sensation, depression,amnesia, anus heaviness,est.3.Distribution of syndrome elements:The main locations of first-trimester threatened abortion involved Kidney, liver,spleen,womb, stomach; Kidney makes the largest portion, liver come second.The first ten nature of disease were:Qi deficiency,Yin deficiency, Qi stagnation, blood heat, blood deficiency,Yang deficiency,blood stasis, damp, cold.4.There is certain relationship between syndrome element and age,gestational age,production time.Marks of Kidney raised with the age,Kidney and Qi deficiency Marks of those who aged above35are significantly higher than those who aged beneath21.The more abortion it ever got,the higher the marks of Qi deficiency and blood deficiency it is.5.The correlation of sex hormones and syndrome elements:The raising of prolactin may has some relation with the forming of liver-depression,qi stagnation,heat,yin-deficiency.The descending of E2may be used as one reference index of kidney deficiency.Conclusion1.The main locations of first-trimester threatened abortion involved Kidney, liver, womb, spleen Kidney makes the largest portion. Qi deficiency,Yin deficiency, Qi stagnation, blood heat are the main nature of disease.2.The level of sex hormones may has some relation with the forming of syndrome elements of first-trimester threatened abortion.3.There is certain relationship between syndrome element and age,gestational age,production time.
