The Clinical Research On Tonifying Kindey Invigoration Qi And Anti-Abortion For The Treatment Of The First-Trimester Threatened Abortion With Kindey Dificiency

Objective: To observe the effect of the treatment oftonifying kidney invigoration Qi and anti-abortion on corticotropin-releasing hormone(CRH), progesterone(P), human chorion- ic gonadotropin(HCG) of the patients of the first-trimester threatened abortion with kidney deficiency. And to approach the mechanism of tocolysis of the Chinese crude drug and the clinical sense of CRH as one of sight indexs of the first-trimester threatened abortion.Methods: The 60 patients of the first-trimester threatened abortion were divided into two groups by simple random: group A was treated with Shoutai Pill, group B with Shoutai Pill, P and HCG.. And 30 normal pregnant women were selected as normal pregnant group, just to detect the levels of CRH, P, HCG. The effect on quieting fetus was evaluated by observing the disappearance time of symptoms such as vaginal bleeding, abdominal pain, lumbar ache, lower abdominal heaviness and distension. Changes of blood CRH, P, HCG and the size of gestation sac were also examined to observe the effect.Results: Both groups can promote the serum level of P, HCG, and the difference was significant((P＜0.05). But contrast to the normal pregnant, the difference was insignificant (P＞0.05). The effective rate was 93.33% in group A, 96.67% in group B, the difference being insignificant(P＞0.05). The symptoms of the first-trimester threatened abortion with kidney deficiency had been better relieved after therapy both in group A and group B(P＜0.05), but the difference was insignificant between group A and B after therapy (P＞0.05). As for CRH, the difference was insignificant amomg the three groups(P＞0.05).Conclusions: 1. The compatibility of the Chinese crude drug of tonifying kidney invigoration Qi and anti-abortion is reasonable,and the nature of the drug is soft.It can upgrade effectually the serum level of P and HCG to tocolysis. And it is safe without toxic and side effects for the first-trimester threatened abortion. 2.There is no significant difference between group A and B,so we can use the traditional Chinese medicine to anti-abortion as far as possible in the clinical for safe.3.There is no clinical sense to make CRH as one of sight indexs of the first-trimester threatened abortion.
