The Clinical Research Of Tcm Therapy Of Tonifying Kidney And Spleen On Serum IL-18,IL-18R Of The PCOS With Threatened Abortion

Objective:To explore the clinical curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine and correlation between serum IL-18,IL-18R and progesterone during early pregnancy in women with polycystic ovary syndrome in patients with ZHU YUN NING No?2 on the spleen kidney two falsely type polycystic ovarian syndrome patients with threatened abortion,and the pathogenesis of polycystic ovary syndrome in patients with threatened abortion in early pregnancy and the treatment of development train of thought and method.Methods:To meet the inclusion criteria of 60 cases of patients were divided into normal pregnancy group(control group)and PCOS group(experimental group),pregnancy and pregnancy group PCOS patients were divided into PCOS group.and insulin resistance PCOS non-IR group according to HOMA-IR index,observation group PCOS took ZHU YUN NING No.2 prescription for 30 days before and after the change and control the level of hormone group gestational weeks serum testosterone,IL-18 and IL-18R etc..All data were analyzed with SPSS19.0 software.Results:1.PCOS group,BMI,HOMA-IR was significantly higher than the control group,and the insulin resistance group was significantly higher than that in non insulin resistance group,the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05);2.PCOS group of patients with serum ?-HCG,progesterone(P)and estradiol(E2)levels before treatment were significantly lower than the control group,and after treatment were significantly increased(P<0.05);3.Treatment of PCOS group in the serum of the patients with IL-18 and IL-18R expression levels were significantly higher than that of the control group,and insulin resistance group is higher than that of non insulin resistance group,there are significant differences(P<0.05);4 by ZHU YUN NING No.2 treatment decreased significantly after 30 days of IL-18 and IL-18R,with significant difference(p<0.05)?Conclusion:1.IL-18,IL-18R secretion may activate the mechanism of threatened abortion in early pregnancy of PCOS;2.In the serum of patients with PCOS IL-18,IL-18R and t expression showed high expression,suggesting that three possible in the occurrence and development of PCOS threatened abortion of early pregnancy affects each other,and also show that lead to the occurrence of PCOS patients with early pregnancy threatened abortion may be the interaction of many factors influence the results.3.Over expression of IL-18R and IL-18 can aggravate the insulin resistance of PCOS patients;4.ZHU YUN NING No.2 can improve insulin resistance and promote embryonic development and the maintenance of normal pregnancy.
