Middle health school is an important part of medical education institution, it's the most basic level, for training practical nursing personnel. Accompany with the development of society, it has become a real problem in front of us to enhance nursing morality, establish a professional, high-quality, skilled nursing team. There is a more practical significance and value how to conduct a correct behavior for middle school students in-depth care and moral training and comprehensive, guide students establish a correct concept of thinking, to develop good habits of professional ethics.Based on extensive literature, from the status and problems of morality cultivation in middle health school, this article take an empirical study on the survey of students from middle health school affiliated from Dalian Medical University and interviews of nurse leader from two affiliated hospitals. It showed that we got some moral training achievements in middle health school, but also there is a series of problems, mainly reflected in:lack of moral preparation of the subject to choose; moral cultivation is still not deep enough and systematical; there is resistance from moral cultivation for parts of students; lack of moral environment atmosphere. To solve these problems, from three aspects as nursing students, school factors, social factors, the author analyze and proposed moral development strategy in middle health school.
