The Current Situation And Countermeasures Of Health Risk Behaviors Among Rural Middle School Students In Xiangxi Prefecture

With the development of the economy and society,students' living environment and education conditions have been improved and the educational model has also changed.Quality-oriented education becomes the final target.In the process of students' education,they not only pay attention to students' academic achievements,but also pay more attention to their health problems,which include both the physical and mental health.Therefore,with the improvement of economic and living conditions,the "modern civilization disease" has emerged,which mainly refers to unhealthy behavior,especially in junior high school students.Students from junior high school to senior high school are at puberty.They will face many outside temptations in the course of development.Besides,the physiological changes also cause some psychological and behavioral problems,such as damage behaviors,smoking and alcohol which not only harm students' physical and mental health,but also affect the entire family and social harmony.Middle school is an important stage for students development,but it also has many threats.Many students will be in rebellion,fighting,smoking and other bad behavior,which belongs to the health risk behaviors and seriously harms the physical and mental health of students.Currently,the articles about popular situation on health risk behaviors of rural middle school students are rare.Articles about study on health risk behaviors and countermeasures of rural students in poor areas are weak.Xiangxi belongs to the poor areas of minority,thus,it is worthy of study.Regarding the current situation and countermeasures of health risk behaviors in Xiangxi rural middle school students as the research object,this article researches mainly through the behavior of poor eating habits,lacking of physical exercise,unintentional and intentional injury and substance abuse,internet addiction and comprehensively use literature,questionnaire,field survey and mathematical statistics to fully understand the health risk behaviors in the five aspects of the epidemic situation and analyzes the impact factors of partial eclipse,lacking of physical exercise behavior,smoking,drinking,suicide and Internet addiction to formulate corresponding countermeasures.The results show that:1.the behavior of male and female students in Xiangxi rural middle school like eating dessert,partial eclipse,lacking of physical exercise,illegal fighting on riding,threatening your property,making pornographic joke and malicious teasing are different.2.There are differences of middle school students in behaviors,such as eating dessert,not drinking milk,lacking of physical exercise,cycling violations,smoking,drinking and playing games.Left behind and non-left behind students have differences in behaviors like not drinking milk,partial eclipse and lacking of physical exercise.3.The influencing factors of health risk behaviors among middle school students in rural areas of Xiangxi is related to gender,age,Left behind and non-left behind students,academic achievement,loneliness,depression and other behaviors.4.According to the current situation and influencing factors of health risk behaviors among rural middle school students in Xiangxi,following countermeasures are put forward:We should strengthen government's attention to them,actively implement the relevant policies,pay more attention to family education and play parents' guiding role.We should strengthen the construction of campus environment,create a good learning atmosphere,carry out health improving education,improve the students' health education,strengthen physical exercise and promote health level.We should strengthen safety education and enhance traffic management facilities.We should carry out psychological education consultation and intensify the psychological education.We should limit alcohol and online time and develop healthy habits.We should develop peer education to assist in the formation of health behaviors.Based on the epidemic situation analysis on health risk behaviors of rural middle school students in Xiangxi,it deeply reveals the influencing factors of health risk behaviors of middle school students and puts forward some countermeasures,which can not only enrich the research filed on health risk behaviors of middle school students in rural areas,but also improve the research system of discipline theory.
