PurPose To understand the status of Dali middle school health related behavior, from the difference in different gender, social and economic comparison of junior high school students health related behavior; The calculated value of BMI of Junior middle school students, to study the relationship between low weight, overweight and obesity and health related behaviors, and To provide the scientific basis for the local education department, health agencies develop prevention and intervention measures.Methods According to the random stratified cluster sampling method from9junior high schools,10senior high schools from Dali, A total of3459students participated in the survey. This survey is a survey using a self-administered anonymous questionnaire, the questionnaire was "adolescent health related behavior among Chinese questionnaire (primary, secondary)". By using the database of EPiData3.1, data entry. SPSS19.0software was used for statistical analysis of data.Results1Dietary related behaviorFrom different economic level (developed, middle developed, less developed), gender (male and female) a comparison of Dali middle school students to drink carbonated drinks high school students report rate is higher than in the junior middle school students, comparison of differences is significant (P<0.01); Eat sweets report rate of junior middle school students is higher than senior high school students, the difference have statistically significant (P<0.01).In contrast, eat fresh fruit, eat breakfast every day at the junior high school students comparison is basically no difference(P>0.05). 2Psychological addiction behaviorThe economic developed area Internet every day>4h, Internet addiction behavior of junior high school students reported higher than senior high school students; the economy developed, less developed areas of behavioral and Psychological addiction, report to senior high school students were higher than the junior middle school students; the boys play games, watch TV every day>4h, internet addiction, report to senior high school students were higher than the junior middle school students; the girls every day play games>4h,watch TV>4h high school students reported higher than junior middle school students, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05)3Substance addiction behaviorSubstance addiction behavior in smoking, drinking, in addition to less developed area (P>0.05) at the junior high school students comparison is no statistic significance, other regions, gender report comparative high school students were higher than those of the junior middle school students, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Whether the use of addictive drugs only boys report rate of junior middle school students is higher than senior high school students (P<0.01), the other comparison was no statistical significance (P>0.05).4Unintentional injury behaviorDali middle school students over the past year non safety skating behavior, in addition to underdeveloped area junior high school students comparison were not statistically significant (P>0.05), the other area, gender comparison of junior high school students report rate higher than junior middle school students, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Non safety crossing behavior, medium developed regions, less developed regions, the boys comparison between junior high school students was higher than that high school students, these different is meaningful (P<0.01). Non safety swimming behavior, medium developed regions, less developed regions junior high school students is higher than senior high school students, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05)5Intentional injury Dali state students fight behavior developed regions, less developed students higher than high school students, developed regions, different gender, the incidence was the junior high students, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Loneliness in different regions, gender, the incidence was high school students than junior high school students, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). High school students in the past year watching erotica, audio products were higher than junior high school students, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05)7The relationship between BMI status of junior high school students and health related behaviorThe survey found, Dali middle school students being underweight accounted for60%, normal weight accounted for36.1%, overweight obesity accounted for3%, accounted for0.9%. Normal weight girls high than boys, there was statistically significant(Χ2=15.11,P<0.01); Overweight and obesity group boys were higher in male students, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01); Each grade BMI not the same, the difference was statistical significance(P<0.05). Dieting to lose weight, control calorie intake is an important factor weight light, eat sweets, diet is an important factor leading to overweight and obesity, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05)Conclusions1. The health risk behaviors are prevailing among the middle school students in Dali Prefecture, health behavior report rate is low.2. Dali junior high school students, the reporting rate of health risk behaviors is higher among junior high school students than that among high school students.3. There are differences in the health risk behaviors among the students in different grades and different areas.4. Often eat sweets have a high incidence of Dali junior high school students and the incidence of carbonated drink in high school students;5. High school students than the junior high school students are more susceptible to the effects of some negative emotions (such as feeling lost, lonely, pressure);6. BMI low weight number of junior high school students accounted for a larger proportion, overweight and obesity rate is low in DaLi.
