Zhuzhou Cemented Carbide Group Corp. Ltd. (hereafter abbreviated as ZCC) is set up based on the overall structural transformation of the original ZhuZhou Cemented Carbide Works. It is the largest production base of cemented carbide in China. In the recent four years, ZCC has invested more than ten million yuan in the training of the works and staff, but the result is not so good as expected. As an educational worker, the author has worked on the personnel's training for over ten years. The aim of this paper is to present the author's thoughts and feelings. The author hopes that this paper is useful to the corporate personnel's training.This paper, based on the investigations and interviews, reports detailed information on ZCC's present state of personnel, demands for talents and personnel's training and its demands. The ahthor found out the current situation of the corporate personnel's training in the developed countries by means of periodicals, magazines, monographs, download on Internet, and gathered information on the personnel's training in many famous enterprises both at home and abroad. The author also points out the problems in terms of the idea, method and system of ZCC's personnel's training by the comparative and analytical method, improves the system-type training mode which ZCC is adopting at present, and respectively designs the training programs for the decision-making level managamant, basic-level managerial staff, operating-level workers and new workers and staff in accordance with ZCC's development strategy and training needs. Finally, the solutions for these training programs are provide.
