With Chinese rapidly economic growth, enterprises will face more and more tougher competitions. If they wanted to keep their competitive capacities not only in the domestic market but in the international market, under unpredictable challenges, enterprises would have to heighten the quality of staff. The employee training program is an important vehicle which can supply information, knowledge and relative technique, and an effective method which can promote and develop human resource of enterprises. Salesman represents the image of the enterprise and helps enterprises to obtain the profits by selling products directly, therefore it is important to hold an excellent sale team, to train them and to take advantage of their potential in maximum so as to achieve the enterprises'targets and keep the enterprises'competitive status in the market. Recently, more and more enterprises commence to pay attentions for salesman training program, however, the effectiveness is unsatisfied unfortunately. The reason could be lack of the integrated, systematic and standard training program.Through a case study of a pharmaceuticals sale corporation (hereinafter referred to as the"corporation Y") in this thesis, the author firstly introduces the background of the corporation Y, secondly adopts the investigation method to study the current situation of staff training program and diagnoses the problems, then provides adjusting perspectives and aspects...
