The year of 2015 is an important year for China’s innovation and entrepreneurship.The importance of promoting public entrepreneurship and innovation is stipulated in 《The Opinions of Several Policies and Measures on Vigorously Promoting the Innovation of Public Entrepreneurship》 released on June 11 th.The rapid development of Internet plus and other new industries,new formats have ushered in a new situation for the adjustment of economic structure,forming a new economic development momentum.Zhongguang Ezai company emerges in such trend of entrepreneurship.Combining the advantages of university education resources and Internet search technology,it’s a video communication platform realizing the characteristic education,which is relying on Internet education.As a relatively lagging area for the development of the Internet industry,Internet talents in Jilin province is also relatively scarce.For the start-up Zhongguang Ezai company,many management problems in the company shall be solved: how to build its own local advantages by breaking through regional resource constraints;To win market share with the leading domestic education enterprises in Changchun;how to explore further possible sales in the existing fixed customer groups;How to build the staff’s awareness of market competition,improve their service concept,thus enhancing the competitiveness of the enterprise;how to improve the competency of existing staff,explore the potential of employees and reduce the quality difference of the employee;these problems can be attributed to the training of human resources;the specific staff training meets the strategic demand of the enterprise.The overall educational level of employees in Zhongguang Ezai is not ideal enough,their professional knowledge is insufficient and staff professionalism is not prominent enough.Therefore,the training of talents is particularly important for Zhongguang Ezai company.The company designed a set of training programs for the company’s initial status,which can improve the comprehensive quality and level of its employees.It will solve the issue of human resources for Zhongguang Ezai company.The human resources department needs to set up an effective training program in line with the current organization,staff needs and the enterprise strategy.Referring to the development theory of employee training system and the characteristics of adult training,this paper conducts research on training needs at organizational level by means of manager interview.The questionnaire is carried out among the staff group to obtain the needs of staff post training and the needs of staff career planning training.Combining economic factors and enforceability factors of employee training,this paper summarizes the training demand for Zhongguang Ezai in its primary development stage.In the program design,this paper makes it clear training purpose,training content and training object,and also provides the corresponding training methods for different course contents,such as adult teaching method,action learning method,micro lesson and so on.The training program will focus more on the design of the training content,the process arrangement of the training,the evaluation of the training results and the mobilization of trainees.The program also designed the training credit system management,training of trainers and related incentive system,so as to ensure the smooth development of the training project.According to Kirkpatrick’s four-level evaluation model,the evaluation system is conducted for the effectiveness of staff training at different levels,which is of great assistance to later optimization of the program.Finally,this paper set up a related guarantee system from the organizational level,the system level and the enterprise culture level in order to ensure the successful implementation of employee training programs,thus ensuring the long-term development of training.Through research on employee training program of Zhongguang Ezai company,this paper pointed out the deficiency of staff training management in the existing human resource management of Zhongguang Ezai company,and also proposed some solutions.Expectantly,the research results of this paper can help to improve the talent shortage of current Zhongguang Ezai company,so as to provide more excellent personnel reserves for the betterment of the company.
