In 21 century, the competition of enterprise is the competition of talent. Talent is the source of the power of enterprise development in the information times. Human resource will be enterprise win key. So, it is important to establish a reasonable and efficient human resource management system, because it will contribute to realization of the corporation' s aim.This paper adopting the research methods of the modern management theory analysis, case study. The thesis is based on collected Data and information on human resource management situation of tenglong corporation, contact with human resource manage section and interview director, and analyse Investigate questionnaire result etc, article analyzes the current many weaknesses and reason in some areas of human resource management in, and raise some suggests and countermeasure about solving. I will also explore defects and virtues of the practices in the human resource management in the company, and hope to enlighten some private-owned enterprises doing estate business.this thesis consists of four parts,Part one , introduces Background and framework of crporation, tease the practices of human resource management in tenglong corporation.Part two, expatiate mode and aim on Investigation and study for human resource management, and principium find out existent problem.Part three, as the important part of this thesis, addresses tenglong corporation human resource management problems that exsit and reason.Part four, author takes apart the idea, gives some countermeasures about how to improve on tenglong corporation human resource management.
