I will also explore defects and virtues of the practices in the human resource management in the company, and hope to enlighten some private-owned enterprises doing estate business.this thesis consists of four parts,Part one , introduces Background and framework of crporation, tease the practices of human resource management in tenglong corporation.Part two, expatiate mode and aim on Investigation and study for human resource management, and principium find out existent problem.Part three, as the important part of this thesis, addresses tenglong corporation human resource management problems that exsit and reason.Part four, author takes apart the idea, gives some countermeasures about how to improve on tenglong corporation human resource management.
