Human resources management has entered the talent management stage from simple personnel management.Different types of enterprises have seen different human resource management models.Researching and constructing a human resource management system that is in line with the actual development of an enterprise is of crucial importance to promoting the overall development of the enterprise and improving the core capabilities of the enterprise.At present,the technology and market of aerospace companies are developing rapidly.Especially after the country's major special projects are landed,talents have become the most important competitive resources for enterprises.This article studies the human resources management and management level of AECC and raises its human resources management level.It aims to help AECC improve its current human resource management deficiencies and provide theoretical analysis support and solutions for the construction of knowledge-based organizations in AECC and related research institutes.Through studding the defects and performances of the post establishment,salary system,performance appraisal,talent training and development in the AECC Force Resource Management,presenting the current situation in China Aviation Academy,which is difficult to recruit,difficult to recruit,hard to keep,and difficult to convince,it analyzes the causes of the defects in the table and in the study.The theory of human resources,two-factor theory and other theories are used as research basis.Further explain the internal factors of human capital management defects,and propose to solve these problems.AECC needs to first establish a scientific post system and capability value system,improve human resources management functions,and optimize the allocation of human resources;From the four aspects of job setup,performance incentives,salary design,and employee potential development,AECC designs specific human resource management plans to prepare for and build learning organizations.
