With the deepening of globalization and informatization degree,the enterprise facing the survival and competition environment becomes complex,the management informatization has become the inevitable trend of enterprise management development.Human resource management as an important link of enterprise management,the information construction is more and more respected,in order to capture the information and talent highland,thus winning advantage in the future development,many domestic enterprises to introduce human resource management information system.Human resources information management in our country is experiencing the transformation from scratch,from weak to strong,and has set up for the sustainable development of human resource management and enterprise has had a profound effect.China aerospace science and technology group in response to the challenge and seek development,also started to human resources management informationization reform,the reform has been to a certain stage,it remains to be further promoted.This study aerospace science and technology group human resources management system as the research object,aiming at to ascend,first summarized in this paper,the theory of human resources information management,human resource management information system of user types and needs,and then to China aerospace science and technology group existing human resources information system research,clear group human resources management information system of the implementation of the goal,on the basis of survey,field interviews,analysis of the mining group current human resources informationization management present situation and existing main problems,finally combined with theoretical study and analyze the status quo of put forward the corresponding improvement ideas and the design of module,and the subsequent project implementation plan for design,build group of human resource management evaluation index system.The characteristics of this study is to have sufficient background analysis and detailed and reliable internal conditions to support the analysis of human resource management system implementation goal and the present situation ofthe gap,to design of module and implementation plan,the purpose of this study is to group human resources management system to provide guidance,but also for other similar enterprises human resources informationization reform for reference.
