Nowadays, under the background of economic integration, network utilization and intellectualization, traditional human resource management is facing more and more rigorous challenges. Corporations are generally realizing that human resource management should play an important role in the corporation strategy. Therefore, it is an irresistible trend to carry on corporation management innovation to liberate human resource management from conventional administration work. Thus they can put their whole heart and soul into the strategic human resource activity. With this developmental trend, a new human resource management theory--virtual human resource management emerge, which accord with the competition environment of era. After joining WTO, Chinese corporations has realized the only way they could obtain superiority status in the intense global market competition is to breakthrough the traditional mode of management and reprocess a new administration flow-sheet . In recent years, the virtual human resource management which spreaded from overseas has made revolutionary significance to Chinese corporations.This thesis has studied the theory and practice of virtual human resource management, providing a devil of accurate reference for Chinese correlation research area; and Obtained the disparity between Chinese current management situation and the overseas human resources management pattern, on the basis of empirical study and comparative study of virtual human resource management in western China and northern America. It has provided a new mentality for Chinese corporations' human resources management on both system innovation and management innovation.The main content of this thesis study:Firstly, it expatiates the related concept of virtual human resource management,considered that the virtual human resources management has contained the human resources information management, the cooperatives management and outsourcing management. Then, it estimates the current situation of virtual human resource management in domestic and foreign corporations, introducing the causation and experience modes of the virtual human resource management in foreign corporations to summarize the experience of foreign corporations;Secondly, introduces the empirical study and comparative study of the virtual human resource management between western China and northern America. Indicates the problems of domestic corporations exercising virtual human resource management;Thirdly, discusses the necessity and the feasibility of Chinese corporations which implement virtual human resources management and the " virtual degree " must be controlled; explains the question that we may face in the course of implementing the virtual human resource management, and put forward the corresponding countermeasure and suggestion;Innovation of this study: This study compares the empirical study surveys of virtual human resources management between 200 corporations in western China and northern America. Explains the related question, and put forward the corresponding countermeasure and suggestion; it should provide some reference for human resource scholarsInsufficiencies of this study: The study sample was limited to a limited number of samples, there are certain limited scopes. Some current situation of virtual human resource management in China should be further tested in order to further improve research.
