Research On The Mode Of Family Farm In The Background Of "San Nong"

Since the introduction of reform and opening up, China has made great progress in economic and social development. But the "three rural" issues still exist, which is all restricted the rapid development of national economy. As industrialization and urbanization accelerated, the traditional mode of agricultural production and operation organizations cannot meet the requirements of modern agriculture development any more, more and more rural labor force flock into cities, which caused the idle land phenomenon has become serious in rural areas. Therefore, promoting the family farms as new "three rural" practical innovation, has important practical significance, which is the way of promoting the agricultural modernization and new socialist countryside construction in China.In this paper, based on China’s new "three rural" development background, authors studied family farm business model this problem in this issue. First, author has been in the reading of reference documents on the basis of relevant research results summarizes the connotation of new "three rural" and family farms, analyzes their inner relationship, and outlines the family farm business model characteristics and development experience at home and abroad. Second, select the typical family farms in Tianjin as research subjects. Through the local family farmers and some agricultural areas related scholars questionnaire,according to analyze survey data to determine the factors of family farms in Tianjin, and the use of interpretative structural model hierarchy derived its influence factors. Nest, according to the hierarchy of factors and the current business model of each family farm in Tianjin development characteristics, to propose the business model of family farms about Tianjin in the future. At last, according to China’s situation and draw domestic and foreign advanced experience in the development of family farms, business model of the development of family farms in China put forward suggestions for the optimization.First, based on the new "three rural" problem trends, improving land transfer mechanism, a modest expansion of family farm management scale. Second, increasing government participation, strengthen policy support for efforts to protect the family farm; And then, further training of farmers, improving the overall quality of farmers, innovative family farm business, enhance the operating efficiency of family farms. Meanwhile, perfecting the rural social service system, and speed up the creation and exploration of family farms, protect family farms development in an orderly manner, and promotes the modernization of Chinese agriculture.
