Study On The Lnfluencing Factors Green Production Of Family Farm In Ludian County

Among the various types of new agricultural subjects,family farms still retain the kernel of family operation and conform to the current basic rural management system in China at large,and have become a breakthrough in promoting the modern development of agriculture and the construction of ecological civilisation.Therefore,it is of practical significance to study the factors influencing the green production of different types of family farms in Ludian County,Zhaotong City,in order to understand and grasp the individual,family and business environment characteristics of green production in family farms,carry out moderate scale operations,improve comprehensive benefits,and help promote rural revitalisation and rural agricultural modernisation.The project takes family farms in Ludian County as the research object.Based on the research results at home and abroad,the project combines the theory of farmers’ behaviour,the theory of external effects and the theory of information asymmetry,and uses micro data obtained from 368 field studies in 12 townships in Ludian County to empirically analyse the relevant factors affecting green production in family farms using a binary logistic regression model.In terms of the overall adoption of green production methods by family farms in Ludian County,the adoption rate of green production methods by livestock breeding family farms and fruit and vegetable growing family farms still needs to be further improved,with only 75.3% of livestock breeding family farms and 67.2% of fruit and vegetable growing family farms adopting green production methods in practice.In addition,a comparative analysis of the regression results of different categories revealed that the significance of the variables of literacy,professional training,concern for the ecological environment,awareness of pesticide and chemical fertiliser use,organisational participation,market prices of agricultural products,government subsidies and government regulation were all less than 0.05,which were the main constraints to green production on family farms in Ludian County.The study found that government policies have a positive effect on the green production of family farms in Ludian County;the lack of green production capacity of family farms affects the promotion of green production methods;some family farms lack awareness of standardisation and their products have hidden safety risks;and there are individual differences in the green production of family farms.Based on this,the study proposes four recommendations: to establish a sound mechanism of agricultural subsidies oriented to green production;to guide family farms to dovetail with industry,academia and research;to improve the market supervision system of green agricultural products;and to accelerate the training of family farm owners,with a view to further promoting the ecological and economic benefits of green production of family farms in Ludian County,and creating more quantity and better quality of green agricultural products for Ludian County.
