Research On The Size Expansion Willingness Of Family Farmer In Main Grain-producing Areas

Since 2013,the central NO.1 document for the first time put forward the concept of family farm,standards and specific operational measures,as an important form of new agricultural business entities family farm,to carry out a wide range of activities created in rural areas of china.With the scale of cultivated land management,production and operation of the market and agricultural modernization management features,mainly in farming family farm has gradually become an important organization of grain production in China's grain growing areas of rapid development.The modernization of the production and operation of the family farm,can effectively achieve the moderate scale management of agriculture,market oriented and family management intensification and specialization,is an important development direction of the modern agricultural production in china.Combined with the theory of scale economy and the mechanism of farmers' land transfer,the author selects 384 households in the main grain producing areas of Anhui and Henan Province to investigate the two farmers,and then to understand the farmers' willingness to choose and the related situation.As a new type of modern agricultural production and management,household farmers,based on the theoretical basis of rational behavior of farmers,from the perspective of maximizing their own interests,rational choice of whether to expand the scale of operation.The main factors affecting the family farmer scale will,from the aspects of personal characteristics,the farmer's family situation,the circulation of agricultural land endowment and social support,according to the survey results of statistical analysis showed that,first,statistical analysis of the family farmer personal qualities in the choice of gender and age on the scale of farmers will have a positive impact on the more obvious the relationship between the second;statistical analysis on family status,have a negative effect on the relationship between choice of main sources of family income and the household contract land size of family farmers willingness for large-scale management;third,statistical analysis of the family farm land transfer operations,to land,rent and land transfer of family farmers scale business will have a negative impact,while the farmland transfer deadline on the scale of management will have more significant The positive effect of social support;fourth,in the family farm policy in the statistical analysis,the current family farm financing difficulty and government subsidies are a negative influence on the size of the family farm management intention.By using the Logit model to analyze the factors that influence the will of scale management of major grain producing areas of family farms,on the factors affecting the size of the family farm business,according to the literature research,selects 12 main factors as the analysis of the size of the family farm management intention variables,the dependent variable is selected as "whether to expand the scale of family farm".The results showed:gender,age,size of contracted land,transferred land,duration,the circulation of land,the difficulty of financial loan and whether to enjoy preferential policies has asignificant impact.Through the analysis of the current limiting factors of family farm,and the farmer scale development direction,put forward some improvement suggestions on the development of modern family farms,farmers from the improvement of personal quality,income stability,improvement of land circulation behavior and mode,the implementation of the government for preferential measures in four aspects to stimulate farmers scale will guide the moderate scale of management according to their own conditions.First,actively guide and support the modern agriculture family farm management main body management will give full play to the initiative of family farmers;secondly,constantly improve the land transfer system and modern production elements of production and operation of the capital and technology,and actively cultivate modern family farm development;finally,the family farm business development,on the basis of to achieve economies of scale,but also should actively play the linkage effect operating efficiency of agricultural production.
