The Status、Problems And Countermeasures Of Family Farm Development In Jiaxing City

At present, the development of agriculture and rural areas of our country enters a new stage, dealing with agriculture and industrialization, rural hollowing, farmers aging trend, we need to construct a new system of agricultural operation intensification, specialization, organization, social integration. The family farm retains the peasant household management kernel, adhere to the basic position of family management in agriculture, suitable for China’s basic national conditions, in accordance with the production characteristics of agricultural, economic and social development stage of fit, is leading the moderate scale management of agriculture, construction of new agricultural management system effective strength. In this paper, through the method of questionnaire, interview, on-the-spot investigation, taking Jiaxing city as the study area, analyzes the existing problems and the influencing factors, the current situation of the development of family farms, and puts forward some corresponding countermeasures. The main research results are as follows:firstly, the development of Jiaxing City, the family farm and achieved certain results, the family farm scale unceasingly expands, the continuous development of norms, has become the new agricultural operation the main city of Jiaxing. Secondly, the family farm is also faced with some difficulties in the development process, mainly farmers, low comprehensive quality, family farms are facing technology difficulties, family farm brand construction lag, lack of occupation of farmers. Through further analysis, the land transfer, financing difficulties, the agricultural social service system is not perfect, the support policy is not perfect is the main factor affecting the development of family farms. In view of the existing problems and restricting factors, in seven aspects and puts forward some countermeasures:to strengthen education and training, improve the operating quality of talents; strengthening agricultural technology extension farm, solve technical problems; the implementation of brand strategy, enhance the competitiveness of the farm; to promote the farmland circulation, guarantee the moderate scale farm; financing channels, guaranteeing farm financial demand; a sound service system to create a good environment for development; strengthening, policy guidance, vigorously support the development of the farm.
