Research On The Operation Mechanism And Development Model Of Rural Community Family Farm

With the speed-up process of industrialization and urbanization,the Agriculture in China is faced with great challenges.In order to find solutions for farming method and personnel arrangement,the central government promotes strongly the development of family farm,the late-model operating organization,and thus developing family farm becomes the key work for local governments.Daduo is an important town of traditional agriculture,and the main grain production area of Xinghua;however,with the serious drain of labor force,and the aggravated problems of rural aging and hollowing,the existing mode cannot meet the need of local modern agricultural development,so encouraging family farm is imperative.In recent years,Daduo has conducted the beneficial research,and achieved some effects,but still with some problems during the process.Therefore,based on the intensive investigation of local family farm,the research systematically analyzes the operation mechanism and development mode,summaries the existing problems and proposes the relevant strategies and suggestions,with the expectation that it can inspire and set an example for family farm development in other areas.The article firstly explains the research trends about family farm at home and abroad,defines the related concepts and theoretical basis,and summaries the typical pattern of successful cases;secondly,based on development information in Daduo by field investigate,it illustrates the current situation and results.It concludes that the local has four different modes of family farm-crop farming,aquaculture,combined model and gardening,and find the universality among them when combining modes with specific typical cases.Based on the above analysis,adopting qualitative method and quantitative method,the research finds such constraints as absence of finance and insurance service platform,management ability of operators needing improving,shortage of supplementary lands,insufficient policy supporting and imperfect social service system;and accordingly it puts forward the following resources:(1)broadening financing channel of agriculture;(2)perfect agricultural insurance operation mechanism;(3)focusing on training leaders of family farm;(4)strengthening agricultural infrastructure;(5)reinforcing policy support;(6)optimizing social service system.
