The Development Countermeasure Research On Family Farm In Zhejiang Province

The family farm is one of the important organization forms to promote the development ofagriculture. The modest scale of family farm shows great advantage: the modest scale can easily adjustthe layout; the labor productivity is high; the high commodity easily can form the bigger scale’scommodity production; the farmer’s income becomes more, the economic and social benefits are fine.This kind of family farm not only can avoid the shortcomings brought by the small scale’s “contractingout system of per farmland” but also can keep the vitality of family business form, which is the idealbusiness form of our country’s agriculture.In recent years, due to the speed circulation of rural land and the large transfer of agriculturalsurplus labor, which creates the conditions for land concentration and scale operation. The family farmin the areas of more developed agricultural economy like cixi, shaoxing, Haiyan and so on can developquickly, and it has gotten preliminary achievements. However, generally speaking, the business form offamily farm is still very little in zhejiang province’s rural areas, and the concept is fuzzy, the standard isnot united, it has not yet established the its management idea, the socialization service system is notperfect, the government policy support is still relatively weak, which lacks of pertinence andpredispositions.This study firstly uses literature research to state the domestic and overseas’ research tendency offamily farm, and clears the related concepts and theoretical basis of family basis, summarizes the familyfarm development experience and enlightenment of Songjiang Shanghai, southern areas of Jiangsu. Andthen uses the field study to take the family farm in Haiyan County, Jiaxing city as the survey object,combining with the literature research to summarize and analyze the current situation, developmenteffects, business forms and socialization service system of family farm in Zhejiang province. What’smore, on the basis of this, combines the quantitative and qualitative analysis method to get the factorsrestricting family farm development such as the difficult land circulation, the inadequate capital, theauxiliary land shortage, the disunited standard, the single structure of management, the lowcomprehensive quality of the farmers, etc. Finally, according to the limited factors to propose thefollowing countermeasures:(1) Improve land circulation system;(2) Provide financial support;(3)Build the family farm association;(4) Confirm the family farm determination standards;(5) Promote thestructure diversification of family farm management;(6) Improve the comprehensive quality of farmers;(7) Perfect the socialization service system;(8) Increase the policy support strength.
