Study On Operation Performance Evaluation Of Family Farm In Anhui Province

In recent years,the new agricultural management system represented by family farms,farmers’ cooperatives and agricultural enterprises has become a new force to promote the development of agriculture,among which family farms have become one of the important carriers of agricultural modernization due to their large-scale,intensive and entrepreneurial characteristics.The No.1 Document issued by the Central Government in 2022 emphasizes the importance of family farms,implementing the family farm cultivation program,and cultivating large-scale agricultural operators into dynamic family farms to inject vitality into rural revitalization.Therefore,it is of practical significance to evaluate the operation performance of family farms and improve the operation level of family farms.This paper carried out field research on 270 family farms in Anhui Province.Firstly,it defined the basic concept of this paper,elaborated relevant theories such as operation performance evaluation and triple surplus,and sorted out the development status of family farms in Anhui Province from the basic situation and operation of family farms with the help of research data.Secondly,the operating performance index system is constructed from three aspects of economic benefit,ecological benefit and social benefit.The entropy-top SIS model and obstacle factor diagnostic model are used to conduct empirical analysis on the operating performance of family farm,and the following conclusions are drawn:First,the performance level of family farms in Anhui province is lower than average.The development level of family farms in various regions of Anhui province is uneven and there is a phenomenon of unbalanced development,but this situation will gradually improve,and the overall development potential is great.Second,social performance is good,at the "good" level.The performance of ecological benefit and economic benefit is general,both at "average" level,but the score is close to "good" level.Third,business growth rate,land yield rate,low level of driving local labor force and high intensity of pesticide and fertilizer use are the main factors restricting the improvement of family farm performance in Anhui Province.Finally,this paper summarizes the problems in the operation performance of family farms in Anhui Province,and puts forward corresponding policies and suggestions: Pay attention to the development quality of family farms;Improve government support policies;Expand financing channels;Perfect socialized service system;Strengthen personnel training;Encourage the development of eco-family farms.
