Study On Cold Chain Logistics Distribution Of Fresh Agricultural Products Based On High - Speed Iron Technology

Along with the technology of China’s high-speed rail increasingly mature,high-speed rail will push the fresh agricultural products cold chain into a new stage of development. It also will lead to fresh agricultural products cold chain logistics distribution and high iron technology docking. From a practical point of view, we need to make a prospective study and discussion on this subject.As we all know, fresh agricultural products has the following characteristics. The price is quit unstable and quality guarantee period is short, seasonal merchandise, highly perishable, easy corruption. These characteristics bring instability. From the procurement of fresh agricultural products to the final distribution involves all aspects of the cold chain link. In this paper, we study the cold chain logistics of fresh agricultural products.First of all, we explore the standardization of the fresh agricultural products cold chain logistics and propose the suggestions of reconstructing agricultural cold chain logistics system in our country. Secondly, we analyze the retailers of fresh products with different risk preference. Using the mean- variance utility theory to set up a fresh products market supply function of risk preference on it’s the retailers. And we study the effect of the agricultural products supply with uncertainty and retailers risk preference on market equilibrium. Finally, we design the agricultural network based on the high-speed rail. We establish dynamic circulation network system of agricultural products and open up a new field of fresh agricultural products cold chain logistics- the central kitchen under the background of high-speed rail. The full text have four chapters,the structure is as follows:In the first chapter, we state the origin of the agricultural cold chain logistics distribution based on the technology of high-speed research and give some innovative points of this article.In the second chapter, we introduce the standard system of reconstruction agricultural cold chain logistics. Using the mean- variance utility theory to study the effect of market equilibrium under the agricultural products supply uncertainty and the retailers risk preference.In the third chapter, we design the agricultural network based on the high-speed rail. We establish dynamic circulation network system of agricultural products and open up a new field of fresh agricultural products cold chain logistics- the central kitchen under the background of high-speed rail.In the fourth chapter, we give the conclusion.
