Research On Current Situation And Problems Of Cold Chain Logistics In Fresh Agricultural Products E-commerce

The Internet provides a platform for the development of the electronic commerce industry today.The Internet era has also profoundly changed people's way of life.For example,more and more consumers,especially young people,tend to buy daily necessities through the Internet,and the resulting fresh electricity has become a new show in the business industry.As we all know,the online operation of fresh agricultural products promotes the rapid development of agricultural economy,and at the same time,it brings great convenience to the life of urban and rural residents.But at this stage,the logistics distribution system of fresh electricity providers is still relatively backward,facing such problems as large distribution loss,poor delivery and high distribution cost.The existence of these problems makes it very difficult for fresh electric business enterprises to provide consumers with high quality,high safety and high quality services.Therefore,the current situation of the cold chain logistics of the business enterprises of fresh agricultural products is analyzed and the pertinent suggestions are put forward,which can effectively improve the quality and efficiency of the cold chain logistics.Taking the fresh fruit as the research object,this paper analyzes the current situation of cold chain logistics and puts forward suggestions for optimization.This paper first summarizes the related theories of fresh agricultural products and cold chain logistics,expounds and compares the existing modes of cold chain logistics at home and abroad,and provides a theoretical basis for the case study.Then the whole environment of the cold chain logistics industry in China's fresh agricultural products is introduced,and the current situation of the industry development and the existing problems of the cold chain logistics are analyzed.Then,taking Yi Guo fresh as an example,this paper introduces the present situation of the fresh enterprise and the management status of the whole capital subsidiary of the cold chain logistics,analyzes the existing problems of the fresh cold chain logistics of the easy fruit,and explores the causes of the problems,and finds that the cold chain logistics system of the fresh cold chain is not fixed.In the process of logistics,the problems of high loss of products,insufficient pre positions,high cost of cold chain logistics and insufficient professional talents are the main problems.Through the case analysis,this paper puts forward the specific optimization strategies for the cold chain logistics of the fresh fruit and the fresh chain,through the establishment of the standardization of the cold chain logistics industry,the strengthening of the quality controlof each link in the cold chain logistics,the use of large data and scientific and technological means,the full play of the platform advantages,and the establishment of an effective talent training and talent incentive body.And so on,so that the cold chain logistics will be more perfect.
