The development level of cold chain logistics in China is relatively backward,resulting in the high distribution cost of fresh agricultural products,product loss and other problems.Reasonable location of the cold chain distribution center is conducive to the effective allocation of resources,improve the operation efficiency of the cold chain logistics network,reduce the loss of fresh agricultural products in all aspects of logistics,ensure good freshness,save logistics costs and increase customer satisfaction.In this paper,the principle,influencing factors,methods and procedures of fresh agricultural products cold chain distribution center site selection theory has made a detailed elaboration;Secondly,the different prediction methods are compared.In the case of obtaining the demand prediction accuracy,the grey prediction method with higher accuracy is selected,and the GM(1,1)grey prediction model is used to predict the demand of fresh agricultural products.Then on the basis of the demand forecasting of city of fresh agricultural products cold chain logistics distribution center location target,Considering carbon emission cost,goods loss cost and punishment cost,the paper establishes a two-level planning model for multi-distribution center location,in which the upper decision-maker aims at minimizing the total cost and the lower decision-maker at minimizing the punishment cost,so as to seek a relatively optimal location decision that makes the total cost and customer satisfaction achieve.Finally,dazhou city as an example,do a case analysis.First,the development status of cold chain logistics of fresh agricultural products in Dazhou city was analyzed,and three kinds of agricultural products closely related to cold chain logistics were determined,namely fruit,aquatic products and meat.The statistical data from 2006 to2020 in Dazhou Economic and Social Development Statistical Bulletin and Dazhou Statistical Yearbook were used as the prediction basis.According to the grey prediction model,the demand for agricultural products of the five districts and two counties under the jurisdiction of Dazhou city in the next 11 years is predicted.At the same time,198 towns and streets in Dazhou city are divided into demand points,and the respective demand points of all demand points are obtained through the proportion of the permanent population of each town and street in the corresponding district and county.In addition,with the help of Matlab R2019 tool,genetic algorithm was used to solve the location model of this paper,and finally selected five cold chain distribution center construction points for Dazhou city,and gave the best location allocation scheme corresponding to different time periods and different demands.Research shows that,the paper builds the mathematical model and using the research methods have strong operability and practicality,and dazhou all villages and towns and streets as a demand point,wide coverage,strange angle,to the same type of cities cold chain distribution center location provides new train of thought and decision method,has a certain reference significance.
