As an agricultural country, agricultural output value has been increasing year after yearin our country and production structure has obtained adjusement and optimization. All of these are laid a foundation for the development of the national economy and the progress of the society. However, with the development of economy and the continuous improvement of people’s life quality pursue, the problems in the agricultural industry cha in logistics stand out increasingly. Agricultural product variety, chain complex, in the pr ocess of circulation quality fluctuation is large, especially the fresh agricultural products circulation problem, which is large demanded, concentration of origin, difficult for circ ulation, and closely related to People’s daily lives, so the fresh agricultural products logi stics has always been the focus of agricultural products logistics industry, also naturally become the focus of agricultural products logistics industry development. However, the logistics industry in China starts late, a lot of infrastructure constructi on is relatively backward, network is imperfect and unreasonable layout, these cause a g reat amount of loss in the process of circulation. At present, Chinese fresh agricultural p roducts cold chain logistics in both theory and practice in the enterprise has lots of probl ems, which greatly affected the overall development of the logistics industry of agricult ural products. In order to better study the fresh agricultural products cold chain logistics develop ment problems, reduce the loss in the transport process, reduce the cost of cold chain lo gistics, this paper takes A company as the actual research object. This paper first introdu ces some basic concepts of logistics, extending from modern logistics to the agricultural products logistics, then extending from the logistics of agricultural products to agricultu ral cold chain logistics. Firstly, some definition, research status of cold chain logistics of agricultural products, classification and characteristics are expounded. And then throug h to the company A cold-chain logistics development present situation analysis, find out A company at present the existing problems in the development of fresh agricultural pro ducts cold chain logistics. At the same time, this article also uses the successful experien ce of agricultural products cold-chain logistics of the developed countries for reference, such as Japan and United States, But as a characteristic socialist country in China, Euro pe and the United States and other countries don’t have special national conditions, so th e overseas experience can only to a certain extent reference in our country, the develop ment of the whole cold chain logistics should be based on the characteristics of our coun try national condition, we need find out ourself’s development countermeasures. Theref ore, this article combines with the cold chain logistics development of foreign successfu 1 experience, aiming at the problems A company, put forward the corresponding optimiz ation countermeasures.A cold chain is a temperature-controlled supply chain. An unbroken cold chain is an uninterrupted series of storage and distribution activities which maintain a given temperature range. It is used to help extend and ensure the shelf life of products such as fresh agricultural produce, seafood, frozen food, photographic film, chemicals, and pharmaceutical drugs. Such products, during transport and when in transient storage, are called cool cargo. Unlike other goods or merchandise, cold chain goods are perishable and always en route towards end use or destination, even when held temporarily in cold stores and hence commonly referred to as cargo during its entire logistics cycle.Logistics is the management of the flow of things between the point of origin and the point of consumption in order to meet requirements of customers or corporations. The resources managed in logistics can include physical items, such as food, materials, animals, equipment and liquids, as well as abstract items, such as manage time, information, transport unit Pricing & Quantity, particles, and energy. The logistics of physical items usually involves the integration of information flow, which is material handling, production, packaging, inventory, transportation, and often security. The complexity of logistics can be modeled, analyzed, visualized, and optimized by dedicated simulation software. The minimization of the use of resources is a common motivation in logistics for import and export...
