Study On The Location Of Cold Chain Logistics Distribution Center For Fresh Agricultural Products In L City

L City is located in the southwest of S Province,with convenient transportation.It is listed as one of the national logistics hub bearing cities by the National Development and Reform Commission and the Ministry of Transport.The whole city attaches great importance to logistics development.At the same time,under the overall environment of comprehensively promoting the economic transformation of resource based regions and developing excellent agriculture in the province,L City vigorously cultivates and cultivates fresh agricultural products,and the characteristic agricultural and forestry industry flourishes.However,compared to coastal cities,L City lacks specialized cold chain logistics distribution centers,resulting in significant losses of characteristic agricultural products in logistics,and the logistics development of the city is also constrained and affected.Therefore,analyzing and evaluating the logistics development level of various counties and districts in the city,and scientifically and reasonably determining the location of cold chain logistics distribution centers are crucial for L City to build a national logistics hub,promote economic development,and ensure the quality of fresh products in the city.Based on the theory of food cold chain logistics,logistics network construction and other theories,this paper conducts systematic analysis and market research on the cold chain logistics of fresh food in L city(system analysis includes the analysis of the elements,structure and function of the cold chain logistics system,and market research includes the analysis of the demand and consumption level of the fresh food market in L city).At the same time,taking 17 counties(cities and districts)of L City as the research object,the production of fresh agricultural products in 17 counties(cities and districts)is predicted by grey model,and the cold chain logistics situation in L City is analyzed and evaluated by factor analysis method,and the counties and districts ranking the top are selected as the counties and districts where the cold chain logistics distribution center is located.Then,combined with the theory of logistics distribution center location,the principles and influencing factors of cold chain logistics distribution center location,the center of gravity method is used to establish the corresponding model in the selected counties,solve the model and determine the cold chain logistics distribution center in L city.This paper has a direct positive significance for L City to reduce the production cost of characteristic agricultural food,reduce storage and transportation losses,successfully build a national logistics hub,and drive the people to become rich and increase income.It also provides a reference for the development and optimization of cold chain logistics industry in other inland cities.
