Subscription Information Management And Order Decision Support Systems

The changes of information environment make the University Libraries facing the new situation and challenges. Construction of the library literature resources is the the basis of Library's daily Service, and the subscription information is an important foundation of the construction of literature resource.The main content of this article is how to manage it effectively and build the ordering decision support system to support the work of librarians.Library want to do some reserches with a large number of data analysis to find out the internal rules and the new ways for the construction of literature resources and play the maximum value of information resources. Therefor, the establishment of data warehouse-based decision support system is an important new way for the library literature resources construction. The group extract the research of subscription information management and subscription decision support system form many factors restricting the development of library, as a resource to enhance the level of the entry point for building work of the library,hope that research of this subject, Jiangsu University Library resources for building an effective progress,but also for the construction of university libraries provide useful reference resources experience.The research proposition for our group based on the theory of scientific literature,the development status of domestic and foreign libraries as a starting point,as the main method of theoretical analysis,mathematical modeling as the main means to follow for the construction of university library resources basic principles,focus on the rapid development of the library,mainly in the following aspects of the research done some useful work, and achieved the expected results:The system analysis the current traditional method's characteristics and merits of books ordered of the library at home and abroad,analysis of the library operation system and its business processes,and to enhance the relationship of the university library resources,Jiangsu university library as an example of the shortcomings of the current decision-making interview with the department and the basic factors affect the decision ordering.We established Subscription information management system based on the library relationship management theory,analyze the system's function and characteristic. Using SQL Server 2000 database as a subscription plat form for information management,ASP-based programming technology,web subscription information management system interface.Aim at the university's academic characteristics and the subject set,with readers demand and collection structure.Considering the many factors that affect the document acquisition,using the weighted average method and the combination of AHP and other methods,from the collection structure,the reader needs,the core of the core titles constructed the university library subscription decision support system model。Design the book loan data warehouse and the theme of star model,develop the online analytical processing's empirical research.Respective from utilization of books,readers tend,the core book concern analysis and time series analysis of data mining carried out.The results show that data mining can be ordered for the library to provide information to support decision-making.
