The information development of education field is increasing sophisticated with the reform of the education system. At the same time, the universities management have demanded more efficiency, and the resources management of colleges also have been more strictly. How to use the efficiency analysis of college estate resources have become an urgent problems needed to be resolved. The mining and evaluating for the university building properties have become one important measure to the information reform of the education system. The establishment of university of real estate management information system based on decision supporting system is an important process for achieving optimal allocation of university resources, and promoting school construction and development of information technology. And it has an oriental function for building property management.The use of information management system can improve management efficiency, but also guarantee the accuracy and security of property information to a certain extent, enhancing the level of scientific decision-making and standardized management in property management. We put forward the real estate resource management information system according to index system of the benefits of real estate resources. By using data mining, mathematical statistics and mathematical optimization methods to put real estate resources into reasonable quantitative modeling and analysis, we have designed real estate resources management information system to provide more accurate and effective basis for management's decision-making.This system is considering the currently situation of our school building properties management development. The usual information management systems mostly are the traditional C/S mode (client and server mode). The three layers architecture of B/S mode has been proposed based on DOT NET platform in the system. The basic researches have been made for the separation between basic data and data manipulation processing, and the system method of data processing.This paper is by means of the software system construction process, taking basic theories and methods of the object-oriented technology and insisting the modular design method of software engineering to comprehensive research the system analysis, design, implementation, detection, and decision-making. |
