Yunnan Province Cppcc Inspected The Design And Implementation Of Research Management Information System

CPPCC members inspection, investigation, and special research is the basic functioning of the work ,before 2009, the organs of the CPPCC in Yunnan provincial internal does not have a complete inspection of the management information systems.Plenty of inspection research works still depend on manual work, lacking in a suit of completed management processes, working efficiency is comparatively low, departments are independent of each other, no interoperability, unable to run the information sharing and process automation, beyond reach the teamwork, can not hold the pass strictly in the inspection research works as a whole. Meanwhile, during the inspection research works, did not use the computerized means adequately manage large quantities of paper documentation, being such an inconvenience for information retrieval and information sharing. Starting from June 2008, the CPPCC of Yunnan Province began to do the development work of CPPCC members inspection of the management information systems, after six months of tense work, to be achieved system development and deployment with success, fulfilled the inspection of research work in computerized management, improve work efficiency, achieved information sharing, collaboration and process automation.This paper first described the background and significance of constructed in inspection management information systems of CPPCC in Yunnan Province, then comparative analysis the current mainstream software development model, development platform and database system, to determine the most appropriate technique route of this project. This paper analysis the system's overall business requirements , functional requirements and non-functional requirements from the software engineering point of view. Based on business requirements analysis and information construction status of CPPCC in Yunnan Province, completed the system architecture design and using UML unified modeling tools to work out the functional model of the system and the dynamic and static model. For example, selecting the inspection research management subsystem, in illustrated guide to using the system detailed design and implementation process. Listed the difficulties encountered in project implementation and project with the technical features. Finally, the paper reviews the key stages of project development work, and the development and implementation of the project summary and outlook.
