Steel manufacturing related enterprises to use information technology to improve their management level of. But there are still a number of steel products manufacturing enterprises to adopt the traditional manual production management approach, this management approach to a large extent can not be matched with the current pace of development and advanced quality management. So the traditional management mode is gradually developing in the process of exposure to a lot of problems. The traditional manual management mode has seriously restricted and affected the further development of steel enterprises. Therefore, steel manufacturing enterprises need to use information technology to establish scientific, automatic, process oriented, standardized management mode to replace the traditional management methods, the implementation and construction of steel manufacturing enterprise quality management information.This topic mainly is combined with the relevant requirements of the quality management of steel information management and field research, according to the software development theory and project management theory, this paper based on Myeclipse platform, combined with Server2005 SQL, Spring, Struts and other technology to achieve the system, first of all relevant technologies are briefly summarized, and from the aspects of the feasibility, non functional and functional aspects of the system design. In the part of system implementation, followed by from the system to achieve database environments, the realization and Implementation Based on B / s of steel quality information management system of three aspects carries on, which the realization of B / s of steel quality information management system based on divided for test management module, test report report management module, test ledger management module, test report management module, system management module, in order to improve the program maintenance is simple, this paper in access to the database design a data class, while increasing the amount of code reuse, and improve work efficiency.The system designed by this project is easy to manage, improve the work efficiency, realize the management of steel quality information management, distributed storage, real-time use, high efficiency and reliability, the use of computer technology and network technology to deal with the quality of steel products.
