The quality of the product is the lifeline of the enterprises,and it is an important means to ensure the quality of the product.With the complexity of the production process,the management of the inspection information becomes more and more difficult.Information management is the integration of information and management science.Through the means of information,the establishment can greatly improve the efficiency and quality of management.With the growing demand,the traditional inspection management method is hard to meet the needs.Therefore,it is of great value to develop the information management system of production quality inspection.By combining the information management theory and related algorithms,the task that system design has been finished.After analyzing the development status of information management system,combined with the needs of enterprises,a test information management system with task automatic allocation and fault analy sis and prediction function is developed.First,we analyze the data and function requirements,confirm the overall plan,then complete the detailed design of each module,and finally introduce the system implementation.This system has some basic functions,including system management,inspection information management,file management and message management.Besides,it also support task automatic assignment and fault analysis and forecast.The system uses the E-CARGO model to allocate the automatically distribution of task.The C4.5 algorithm is used to generate the decision tree for data mining,and complete the fault analysis and prediction.The purpose of this system is to improve the management efficiency of enterprise inspection work,and reduce the resource consumption in task allocation,strengthen the supervision of product quality,analyze and predict the product quality problems through scientific methods,and provide feedback and support for the production process and management decisions.
