Point equipment inspection is an equipment management principle which throughout point inspection to confirm maintenance project according to the status of equipment. It is a set of scientific equipment management principle. This principle according to the equipment point and periodic inspection of the inspectors, compare with the standard status to find out un-normal phenomena and potential risk, and give out solutions in time. Point inspection comes from BaoSteel, and rollouts in big steel company in 80's, and achieved huge economy effects.The basic difference of point equipment inspection and traditional inspection is that the equipment inspection is a management method, while traditional equipment inspection is an inspection method.
