| The quality inspection and quality control (QC) of manufacturing system play a very important role in promoting product quality. At present, quality inspection technique is poor and the automatic, intelligent level of instrument is low in Domestic Corporation, which results in quality control tool lacking data source, performing inefficiently and restraining quality inspection and quality control implementation adversely. Inspection and acquisition of product manufacture quality data is usually done by single and independent instrument. The disadvantage of this mean is that inspection function is single , process of inspection operation is complex , efficiency of inspection is low, and processing of data is done by hand ,so automatic and intelligent level of inspection is low. The use and sharing of quality inspection data is limited. The development of quality measuring technique is hindered by these disadvantages mentioned above. So it is necessary to introduce integrated quality inspection environment into quality inspection. Rearding the advanced quality inspection for maufactuing system as an object and using virtual instrument technology as the core , I intergrate the VI,object oriented technology,database technology,expert sysytem and standardization technology into the research work of the integrated quality inspention environment.This paper adopt opening system structure, utilize popular VI graphic developing environment (for example LabVIEW) as key developing tool to do the second exploitation, at the same time, use based facing object technique's and relational database's common exploitation tool (VB,SQL Server), emphasize research to solve quality virtual inspection and integrated inspection environment's technology realization.By analyzing, summarizing representative quality inspection digital inspection instrument 's inspection function character and specialty of application, quality inspection instrument equipment "class" and its data structure that fit VI technology demanding is established. Combining VI technology, quality inspection, quality controlling and instrument management, and bringing forward a mean that integrating virtual inspection, instrument dynamic management, inspection processdynamic management, quality controlling and instrument. Adopting popular database technology and software interface of relational database and integrating inspection environment, establishing virtual inspection instrument software module database, and to develop function of recording, saving, deleting, adding, editing, searching and so on for developed virtual inspection instrument module. The frame of virtual intergrated inspection mangement enviroment based on a common platform is built by employing inspection task database, system instrument database, workpiece information management database, quality inspection database, inspection result database; other work is done to study remote virtual inspection through network. Six sigma quality management method is introduced to design the quality control module in the integrated inspection enviroment. The quality inspection result is analysed, collected and processed, then a quality inspection report is generated. The report can be used for improving quality control, product quality design improvement, manufacturing process optimization. The available virtual inspection VI and quality control VI have fairly good reuse-ability, reconstruct-ability, expandability, the obtained achievement is creative and advanced.The study result of this project will promote the application of VI technology in quality inspection in advanced manufacturing system; and improve quality inspection level, monitor and control technology level during the production process; and enhance the ability and performance of inspecting instrument; and then promote the integration of inspection, management, quality control efficiently. In a word, this study has good technical application value. |
